Refund Policy

We stand behind the filters we promise. Our policy is replacement-first, then refund.

If a batch misses the promised filters

If a delivered batch does not match the niche, city, or weakness criteria you ordered, we will first replace the affected rows at no cost.

Refunds

If we cannot supply suitable replacements, you are entitled to a pro-rata or full refund of the affected portion, within 14 days from delivery.

How to claim

Email hello@claveta.com with your order / session id and a brief description of the mismatch. We respond promptly.

Because the product is data, we cannot offer refunds for lack of business outcomes (replies, conversions); see our Terms.
